Below is my commissions info categorized between packages for SFW and NSFW.** Before proceeding to commission me, I would highly suggest that you read my terms and conditions to help you prepare for anything I might ask from you.**

A. GENERAL TERMS1. Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. No commerical use and/or reproduction.2. Prices are subject to change based on demand.3. I have the right to decline a commission order for any reason.4. Strictly no rush commissions.B. PAYMENT1. Currency I am accepting is USD or US Dollars and can be paid through Paypal/Ko-fi only, and/or PHP through GCASH (exclusive for Philippine clients ONLY)2. Payments will be paid either 100% full upfront or at 60% upfront, with the other 40% to be paid after lineart has been finalized.3. I will only start a commission piece once payment has been secured.4. Payments should not be sent before I have agreed to give the client their slot and requested the client to send me the payment.5. Once payment has been secured, strictly no refund is available.6. Paying means that the client has agreed to these Terms and Conditions.C. PROCESS AND DELIVERY1. The time it takes to finish a commission varies 2-3 weeks depending on factors such as health, personal errands, complexity of the commission piece, other work and seasons.2. Client/s should prepare a minimum of 3 reference photos and/or more and a detailed description of their request. This is to give me an idea and interpretation of the given brief.3. Once a project is finalized - this includes full payment of commission, jpeg and png files have been sent to client - a complete invoice shall be sent to the client to indicate completion of the project.D. REVISIONS1. A number of 2 (two) minor revisions shall only be accepted during the stages of sketch and lineart.2. A fee will be added if client wants something changed on the final drawing. Any further revisions should be compensated to avoid major changes on the form of the artwork and quality.3. The amount of extra charge is usually based on the current hourly wage in the Philippines.E. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE1. I “VALLEYMOROW” (the artist):a.) I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.b.) I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artworkc.) I will claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.d.) I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) break any of the terms.e.) I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online.2. You (the client/commissioner):a.) You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.b.) You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (i.e. reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, NFT usage, etc.)c.) You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.d.) You do NOT claim or retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)e.) You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.3. The following is considered copyright infringement:a.) Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.b.) Claiming the artwork as your own.c.) Altering the artwork without consent.d.) Having the artwork subjected to derogatory treatment.F. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY1. Client/s are not allowed a refund once I start working on the commissions.2. If you cancel your order BEFORE I started it, you can get a full refund.3. Strictly no cancel order once I have started the commission.

FOR NSFW PACKAGE- For those availing the NSFW package, the artist will require an ID of the client showing their proof of age before proceeding. This is to prevent transactions and solicited projects to minors.- The artist and client shall practice full discretion and privacy of personal information and/or images and shall not be publicized and/or used outside of this project.- The theme of NSFW shall only pertain to suggestive/sexual content of consenting adult/s ONLY and shall not include other explicit and/or illegal themes.- This is for personal use only. If the artist wishes to post a finished commission piece on their page, both parties should come into terms first before proceeding.
